On November 7th, we invite you to KUK Restaurant for an exceptional culinary event.

We are proud to announce that KUK Restaurant is joining the 16th edition of the “Goose for St. Martin’s Day” initiative, organized by the Slow Food Polska movement. On this occasion, on November 7, 2025, we invite you to a five-course dinner dedicated entirely to the theme of goose. That’s not all — during the event, you’ll also have the opportunity to enjoy specially selected wines paired with each dish by the family-owned Turnau Vineyard.

 

The menu has been created by our Head Chef, Dawid Bielecki, who has paired goose with the finest culinary treasures of autumn with exceptional care and precision. Sweet delights on the menu will be crafted by our Pastry Chef, Anna Kudelska. This dinner will be a true feast for lovers of Polish cuisine, also because Jacek Szklarek, the founder of the “Goose for St. Martin’s Day” initiative, will share fascinating stories about the tradition of goose in Poland. Wine pairings will be presented by representatives of the renowned Turnau Vineyard, celebrated both in Poland and abroad.
