Join us on March 27 for a unique food pairing celebration at KUK Restaurant.

We invite you to a truly exceptional culinary experience, the Explore The Taste dinner at KUK Restaurant, created in collaboration with the renowned whisky houses The Glenlivet and Aberlour.

 

The evening will be hosted by Dawid Bielecki, Head Chef of KUK Restaurant. He began his culinary journey at Warsaw’s Winosfera, where over five years he developed his craft across successive kitchen positions. He then joined Biały Królik in Gdynia, ultimately becoming Head Chef, where he shaped his philosophy rooted in local produce and Polish culinary tradition. Today, at Hotel Verte, he leads the original concept of KUK Restaurant, creating a seasonal cuisine inspired by nature and the flavours of the earth. His cooking blends refined technique with sensitivity and deep respect for ingredients, often sourced personally. For him, each dish tells a story of place, time and the people behind it.

 

The special guest of the evening will be Dariusz Fabrykiewicz, a whisky ambassador for premium brands who has spent years perfecting his knowledge of this exceptional spirit. Today, he shares his expertise and passion with fellow whisky enthusiasts.

 

Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a six course tasting menu, available in both classic and vegetarian versions, paired with a curated selection of whiskies including Aberlour 12 YO, The Glenlivet 15 YO, The Glenlivet 18 YO, The Glenlivet 21 YO and Aberlour 18 YO.
