On May 29, 2026, we invite you to a unique tasting dinner as part of the KUK Around Poland series. This May edition is a shared culinary vision created by three outstanding chefs, who will reinterpret the flavours of Lower Silesia through six exceptional courses – from mountains and forests to regional treasures presented in a modern way. Discover the power of three culinary personalities united by tradition and contemporary cuisine.
The evening will be hosted by Dawid Bielecki, Executive Chef of KUK Restaurant. He developed his experience at Warsaw’s Winosfera and later as Executive Chef of Biały Królik in Gdynia, where he shaped his philosophy rooted in respect for nature and Polish culinary heritage. At Hotel Verte, he creates seasonal cuisine inspired by the land and enriched with hand foraged herbs. His dishes are a bold and modern story of product, time, and place, where authenticity and passion take precedence over technique.
And that is not all. On this special evening at Miodowa 6, two additional chefs deeply connected to the cuisine of Lower Silesia will join us to present their unique interpretations of the region.

Chef Kacper Sawoń, Gustaw Restaurant, Wrocław: Executive Chef of Gustaw Restaurant, which was introduced to the Michelin Guide just six months after opening, becoming the fastest recognised restaurant in Polish history. He gained experience in acclaimed restaurants such as Bottiglieria 1881, Hub.Praga, and Epoka. Inspired by nature, seasonality, and local ingredients, he creates a modern interpretation of Polish cuisine filled with bold flavours and original combinations.
Chef Tomasz Czarnecki, Boreczna Restaurant, Michałkowa: One of the most respected chefs of the younger generation, recognised with the title “Chef of Tomorrow” by The Best Restaurant. He developed his skills both in Poland and in France, including at the Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon. His signature cuisine combines French, Polish, and Mediterranean influences, while every dish is treated as a story of passion and creativity.
