KUK Across Poland: The Pomerania Edition

KUK Across Poland: join us on a culinary journey! A series of exceptional dinners where we reveal the true essence of Poland's regional flavors.

Join us for an exceptional tasting dinner as part of the KUK Po Polsce series. The March edition features a collaborative, signature vision by 3 eminent chefs who will interpret the flavors of Pomerania in 6 courses – from the sea and forests to local treasures, all in a modern style. Discover the power of three culinary personalities united by tradition and innovation.

The evening will be hosted by Dawid Bielecki, Head Chef of KUK Restaurant. He built his expertise at Warsaw’s Winosfera and as the head chef of Biały Królik in Gdynia, where he developed a style rooted in respect for nature and Polish tradition. In his signature concept at Hotel Verte, he creates seasonal cuisine that is close to the earth and enriched with hand-foraged herbs. His dishes are a bold, modern narrative of product, time, and place, where technique serves as a bridge to authenticity and passion.

But that’s not all – on this special day at Miodowa 6, we will also welcome two other Head Chefs who know the Pomeranian kitchen inside out and will present it in a truly unique form.

Head Chef Rafał Koziorzemski, Fisherman Restaurant, Sopot: Laureate of prestigious international competitions (including The Best Chef Rising Star Awards 2017 and Les Chefs en Or 2023). Co-owner of Fisherman Restaurant, featured in the 2024 Michelin Guide. In his kitchen, he focuses on local products, seafood, and signature work with wild herbs. He masterfully combines tradition with modern techniques, creating bold and unconventional flavor compositions.

Head Chef Karol Kamiński, Biały Królik Restaurant, Hotel Quadrille, Gdynia: A passionate advocate of Polish culinary tradition in a modern guise. He honed his skills at prestigious locations across Poland, such as Eliksir, Rozbrat 20, and the renowned Epoka in Warsaw. Currently, at Biały Królik Restaurant, he pursues his signature vision of contemporary Polish cuisine, blending local ingredients with a daring interpretation of the classics.
