Protection of Minors

We kindly inform you that, in accordance with the amendment to the Family and Guardianship Code, additional regulations aimed at ensuring the protection of minors who have become victims of violence (known as the “Lex Kamilek Act”) came into effect on February 15, 2024. Under this Act, representatives of various sectors, including the hospitality industry, are required to verify the relationship between an adult guest and a child, i.e., to determine whether the adult is the parent/legal guardian of the minor accompanying them and whether the child is not exposed to danger in the given situation.
