Hosted by Maciej Majewski, Head Chef of KUK Restaurant, a finalist in the Polish Bocuse d’Or competitions in 2015 and 2018, and a judge in the 2021 edition. With expertise, openness, and imagination, Chef Majewski crafts unique culinary compositions that captivate the senses. Now, he’s building a remarkable restaurant experience from the ground up within Poland’s first Autograph Collection hotel. His cuisine embodies the belief that “logic will get you from point A to point B. Imagination will take you everywhere.” But that’s not all—two other distinguished chefs, well-known on Warsaw’s culinary scene, will also join us at Miodowa 6 for this special evening!
Chef Witek Iwański, owner and Head Chef of Hub Praga—listed in the Michelin Guide for two consecutive years—will also grace us with his culinary talent. Known as one of Poland’s most innovative and decorated chefs, Iwański’s expertise was shaped by his experiences and internships at some of the world’s most acclaimed restaurants, including Maaemo, Frantzén, and Daniel Berlin in Scandinavia, as well as Azurmendi in Spain. He has also honed his skills through courses at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon and the Basque Culinary Center in San Sebastián. A two-time Culinary Cup of Poland winner and named Chef of the Year by the International Academy of Gastronomy and Gault&Millau, Chef Witek brings his unique interpretations of contemporary culinary trends and modern Polish cuisine to guests at Hub Praga.
