Brunch on January 1 at Verte

Spend the first day of 2026 with your loved ones and with excellent culinary selections. Enjoy a New Year’s brunch at our Pawilon, filled with daylight and natural greenery.

Chef Dawid Bielecki and his team have prepared a menu that perfectly combines classic and modern. Brunch at Verte includes dozens of proposals for appetizers, main courses, and desserts. The menu will be filled with meat and veggie dishes. The youngest of our guests will have a special menu waiting for them. In addition to the delicious dishes, there will be cold and hot drinks and specially selected wine and beer.

All of this is in the historical heart of Warsaw—just a few steps from the Royal Castle and Warsaw’s Old Town.
