EXCELLENT HOTEL 5* SERVICES!! Excellent Hotel although you may tell is a Palace as well!! Rooms & Service & amenities are indeed 5*!! Location is the best in central Warsaw (just opposite the Royal Palace)! Breakfast is unique! Prices are relatively ok compared to the whole package! Staff are very kind and helpful especially Paulina and Mateuz to name but a few! We will come back again for sure!!

NEWER HOTEL, GREAT LOCATION AND GREAT STAFF Newer hotel with beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Everything is start-of-the-art. While the hotel is quiet and provides an excellent night's sleep, it is just a few minutes' walk from Old Town. The Reception staff was so accommodating expecially Krzysztof Bartos. He ran outside to assist us with Ubers in the rain. We were there for only one night and regretted that we were on such a tight schedule so we could have stayed longer. There was a classy-looking restaurant in the hotel but we did not eat there. Sadly, since the hotel was so close to fast-food restaurants, we gave in to a McDouble. We love Warsaw and Poland in general and plan on returning to the Hotel Verte when we do. I highly recommend it.

Hotel Verte, Warsaw In January Room 219, this was a Junior suite, originally booked a Moderno Deluxe room but was upgraded. Some of the Junior suites are located on the top floor with slanted roof and we asked for one of these. Was a lovely room. Other good points - Staff are wonderful, clean everywhere, quiet room, excellent gym with space and modern equipment, nice bar and very good restaurant, Old Town perfect location, has some magic around xmas time with decorations. Didn't use spa, it looked all fine, tried twice to use sauna but its quite small one, and the culture here (or from foreign tourists) is to be completely naked and lay down on the bench. Didn't really want to squeeze in, because as usual, it was middle aged bald men letting it all hang out! Other than that its a perfect hotel and would return here when next in Warsaw.

Wonderful Visit to Warsaw I really liked this hotel for an overnight business trip to Warsaw. Great service, clean, excellent breakfast buffet in a fantastic atrium and the location was fabulous. We walked to the office in the CBD, which was very pleasant. I’d fully recommend it. It would also be a nice place for a social visit.

Cudowna lokalizacja i obsługa Mój pobyt w hotelu był niezwykle udany, a to w dużej mierze dzięki wspaniałej obsłudze. Już od momentu przybycia, Pani Paulina i Mateusz w recepcji sprawili, że poczułam się mile widziana. Ich profesjonalizm i serdeczność były od razu zauważalne. Pani Paulina z cierpliwością odpowiedziała na wszystkie moje pytania, a jej uśmiech wprowadzał pozytywną atmosferę. Mateusz natomiast był niezwykle pomocny, szybko załatwiając wszelkie formalności i dbając o to, bym miała wszystko, czego potrzebuję. Dzięki ich zaangażowaniu mój pobyt był nie tylko komfortowy, ale również pełen pozytywnych wrażeń. Zdecydowanie polecam ten hotel każdemu, kto szuka miłego miejsca z wyjątkową obsługą!
